Sorry folks, maybe I'm just over-reacting because I think that Lost is over-hyped tripe (which is why I rarely poke my head into that thread, for all I know you're discussing barnyard necrophilia in there).

I would like to point out that we were actually talking about Firefly to begin with, and the comparison came natuarally. Opinions are opinions, afterall. ;)

But yeah. . . how come Jewel isn't smiling? She looks rather bored to me, possibly slightly irritated.

I just watched Serenity for the 2nd time, and I like it even more now. It's just such a great story, with good writing and decent special effects, and the revelation about the Reavers just seems to fit with the series. Great movie!

That sounds like a dodgy mediation technique to me. "I am a serene firefly, drifting lazily around the head of a misty bull, watching as it buggers a man in a badger mask..."
