Anyway, this is the same one that I had before. I remember though that some people complained about it and that it caused some problems for some people. So if that's the case, let me know right away, and I'll remove it or try to replace the counter with a better one.-jay
For some reason, it appears to be messing with my display. Every few pages or so, all I will see is avatars. No text. When I refresh the screen it's ok, but...
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Looks like the counter is in Java. I have Java turned off by default. It's a theoretical security hole (I know about the sandbox, but...), and I save CPU cycles this way.
Yeah, I thought it was going to cause problems like that. Sorry, Syl.
I'll see if I can play with it, and make a good compromise. Would having it on just the index page be better? Or maybe I could give it its own page that you can access through a link.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
