I am prepared to open the port of Aikul to trade if you wish. Naturally the same sort of limitations will apply in terms of the neutrality and non-interference by your followers.

My brothers and sisters,

I am currently building a city that will be the pinnicale and center of my lands; Sanctuary. I wish this city to help in uniting the Pantheon in order and peace. Any who wish to include an idea in it's design, please step foward and simply tell me of it. Simjen, Jove and Undine have already contributed in various ways, and I welcome all others.

The city will serve as center of business, religion and sanctuary in times of emergency, and has enough empty space set aside for a large amount of refugees should the need arive.

A temple will be set aside, and will represent all the Pantheon, so feel free to send a preist to represent yourself. Also will a large market be in Sanctuary to serve a focal point in my lands, but also for the continent as a whole.

I hope to use this city to serve all the Pantheon, and to help in this, I am creating a sect of my followers in my new sphere of Justice and Honor; the Judges. They will serve as the pinacale of Justice and Honor amongst my lands, and lands of other god's with their permission. They will serve as arbiters of Justice, and act as the top of my Justice and Honor system. They answer only to the Pantheon (through me) and my Prophet.

They go with my offer of Gaurd forces to any land that sees fit. One Judge is already to be dispatched to Magran, and I hope for many more to spread the land and serve Justice and Honor for the Pantheon on Eiran.

Please be a part of this city and the binding of the Pantheon in friendship and peace. Please be quick, the city will be done soon, and changes will be harder to include.

The market is a fantastic idea. As the goddess of Trade and Commerce I thank you. I will surely grow in power by your generous offer of a 'world market' in your new city. What a friend you are! I can assure you that my guld members will make it even more profitable and will bring a wealth of goods and services to your lands.

So, in addition to Archel, you would want Sanctuary to have a guild as well?

To answer your question Maeror, most of the city is located at the base of the Western Mountain Range, directally below Agathi, and making a sort of bottom point of a diamond of my major cities. See it?

I wanted to make sure that it was not encroaching on anyone elses lands.

The city moves up the side of the mountain range a bit, but not far enough for innacesability. The market and residential areas are closer to the bottom, the temple and park, etc.. the middle, and my Gov't and military building closer to the top.

Refugees spaces have been built deep into the mountain itself, to shut it self off in case of attack or emergency.

And to anwer your question, Jove. Yes. I wish both Archel and Sanctuary to be included. Archel for the port, but Sanctuary as the central for my lands. Though, the city itself is not done yet, feel free to send the guild members to Archel to await its construction.

Will do, Adomorn. I will be sending out the guild to both cities. One guild member for Sanctuary will do double duty as a priest for your pantheon temple.
