Mangotziki

Post by Prebe »

Just came up with a twist for the somewhat borring classic tzaziki:

Usual recipe, just add finely diced fresh mango (about half the amount of cucumber). It was excellent with roast beef and oven broiled root veggies. But I immagine that it would be even better with the more heavily spiced/hot Turkish/Greek kitchen, where it traditionally belongs.

Hmmm...

I bet it would be interesting with curry. Sort of a creamy cucumber/mango chutney.
