I haven't heard anything about them for months. If anybody knows a good English-language site about Italian football I'd love to see a link.

Looking forward to this weekend with the Euro qualifiers.
Going to the Scotland game on Saturday against Georgia - hoping for a good win to keep us in the hunt for qualification.
Will be watching the away game Vs Italy with a few mates on Wednesday and hoping for a result (a point would do).
Got to admit that I think England will struggle in Tel Aviv against Isreal on Saturday, and I will be donning my Kippah to watch the game on the telly in the pub with other fervent Israeli fans (my fellow Scots) on Saturday.

I'm predicting a draw israel v england.
A bit worried about ireland though. Apparently we are now below N. Ireland in FIFA world rankings. NOT good! San Marino caused us alot of problems, so for 'Wales' tomorrow, read 'Brazil'!

A good weekend for me there, a tough three points picked up by Scotland, and England dropping points in Israel with the media rounding on McLaren.
Looking forward to Wednesday and the prospect of taking the game to the world champs in their own back yard.
It will be tough in Bari for us, but we have a resilliant squad, and I'm sure we can grind out a result.
Forza Scotia.

Wasnt the best of game but a valuable three points. I like the look of being top of the table

But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

I'm not surprised!I like the look of being top of the table
You seem to have, um let me see, the winners of the World Cup AND the runners-up, BELOW you!
Nice one!

N. Ireland are doing quite good though - if they beat Sweden tomorrow they go top of their group! Now Paisley and McGuinness have made friends, maybe it's ok for me to support NI, whaddyathink?

Disapointed by last nights result. 2 - 0 seems to be a standard result for us in Italy these days.
Thought we played reasonably well, but both goals were badly defended and ultimately preventable.
Still, we're in a good position in the group, and it's still in our own hands as to whether we qualify or not.
Fantastic result for Northern Ireland, and well done to the Republic too, they've kept themselves in with a good chance of qualifying.
Wales had their expected victory over San Marino, and England eventually managed to break down Andorra and secure a 3-0 win, although they were booed by their own fans going in 0-0 at half time.
In a fairly easy group, England seem to be making heavy weather of it.

Kewell may be a part of the Champions League Final.

I'm an Aussie, so I'm biased, but I think that this is a wonderful development for Liverpool.
I have seen HK live and at his best (World Cup qualifier v Uruguay, 2005. He was coming down the wing closest to me in the 2nd half and it was truly magical to watch.) He is one special player when at his best.
Even though Viduka has had a good season with Middlesbrough, Kewell is the best Aussie player since Ray Baartz (a guy who was taken out in back-play, career ended, and almost killed by a Uruguayan player just before the '74 World Cup, our only WC appearence before Germany 2006).
I'll be hoping that he at least gets a spot on the bench. He was incredible when he was at Leeds, and has only been poor at 'Pool because of injury after injury.
Also, I don't want AC Milan to win, given that they were convicted of match-fixing less than a year ago.

Henry the Traitor! Henry the Traitor! Henry the Traitor!
Barcelona have said that they have signed for £16 million on a Four year contract.
Personally, I don't believe anything that Barcelona or Real Madrid say. I am keeping my fingers crossed until arsenal, Wenger or Henry say otherwise. The deal sounds convincing, though.
If Henry goes, this goes on my list of heart-breaking moments.
