So far the vote is 5-0 in favor of the forum.
Mine makes 6 votes for it.

Have to agree with you there Murrin. I don't think we even have five pet-dedicated threads on the whole site.

What if we got a seperate pet album and then a sub forum in General Discussion or something like that?
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Nothing against pets or their owners ('cause I am one), I don't see the need for a whole forum dedicated to pets.
And do we really need a forum in which cat people and dog people start arguing like.....errrr....cats and dogs?

I gotta agree with Cail on this one.
Besides, I'm a ferret owner. I'd end up arguing with everybody. Not that I'm not used to that...

Off the top of my head, I think there are a grand total of 3 pet-related threads on the Watch; one in the Close and two in GenDisc. The one in the Close hasn't been touched in over a year.
Could Jay, Vain, or Alynna (what I like to refer to as The Trinity) activate the personal galleries? That'd give everyone free reign to post pictures of their pets, golf clubs, life partners, teddy bears, or whatever.

Hm... I don't think I'd be against a pet forum. I think the idea of a pet album and pet threads in Gen Disc would be a good compromise for now, though. If there shows to be a lot of interest for the topic, I'm sure you can eventually twist my arm, heh.
Cail, I think Vain was the one to disable the member forums, although I don't know the reason. I'd turn them back on, but I think we should wait for him to give the ok, in case there was some technical reason for disabling them.
(And don't forget danlo now in the Trinity, heh. Although then I guess it's not really a Trinity anymore. Quadnity? Heh.)
