Anyone watching the Riches?

Post by Kinslaughterer »

Anyone seen this new show? I think its on FX but I'm liking it. A family of American born Irish Travelers (Eddie Izzard, Minnie Driver as the parents) take over the lives of a rich couple the died in an accident. Most of their bases are covered but they run into a lot of challenges about who they really are and what livestyles they're willing to live. Its pretty funny stuff especially if you like the conartist point of view of the characters.

Yep. :)

Been watching it since it started. Very entertaining show. FX has had a great track record with these shows (Nip/Tuck, Dirt, Thief, etc.), so I haven't been disappointed.

Caught the first episode and thought to myself:
"Self, this is going to be a show worth watching, just to see how they're going to pull off their charade."
Just wish I could time things so that I can see more episodes 'cause I like the show.

Riches marathon Saturday from the pilot episode to this week's show.
Now I can see more than one episode.

TiVO is your friend. ;)

I upgraded to the Cox Combo (phone, Internet and Cox's version of TiVO in one package) a while back and now I can't imagine how I lived before it. ;)

I've only seen Eddie Izzard's comedy stuff before but he seems like a very good actor. He certainly runs a great con.
