I thank you for your kind words cousin.

I do not look upon your arrival in Eiran with the trepidation of some of my brethren, for both Fate and Magic require not only Order but also Chaos that they might be what they are. Thus, I look forward to the beauty that will arise within the Weave from the balance that your presence among us has brought.

Be well Astavyastataa Kadna.

Ahhh *chuckles*, cousin of the sky ... fear not! Dragons and DESTRUCTION are kin in the cosmos. It would take much to make put YOU and THEY as a first target of WRATH. *chaotic laugh* There are much tastier choices that are more deserving. But of those plans I will not speak *low chuckle*

And last and LEAST, the WENCH!! *low chuckles* Tho from her responses, cousin Bahkti, perhaps I need another 'pet name!' *derisive laugh*, mayhaps I will give her as a plaything to the undead! They rarely get to play with such a shiny bauble!!
Yes, I am a shiny bauble and playing with me will be costly, dear Asta. And if you had bothered to do any looking into the workings of Eiran, you would have seen the Golden Undead who are the children of both Argothoth and myself so making any threats in that direction will avail you not for I am well acquainted with the undead.

I have made my investments well, Asta, so enjoy your mirth for it will likely be your last.

Hail my brothers.
I'm here to explain someting that could seem strange.

Veria accepted to follow my words, she has sworn loyalty to me. From now on she will follow my order and my will. At the moment she is my prisoner.

That conversion didn't clear the crimes she did.
So I want to offer her to the Pantheon Justice !!!

Chose wisely the destiny of Veria. my brothers. I thrust her, i think that she will follow really my words.

I already commanded my armies to stop fighting and return to Ai-Bone and Ai-Skull.

the undead threat is terminated.

If she is under your control brother, and the armies withdraw, I shall offer forgiveness.

And as it is I who has been the most grieviously wronged, (alongside Adomorn), I do not believe that any other save he may justly call for retribution.

The cessation of hostilities and withdrawal of the armies will satisfy me.

Unfortunately brother you are not the only one to have suffered greatly due to Veria's latest actions.

Not only did the magics that I cast against her hoard fail to accomplish anything other than to cause a mild discomfort, but the power interfered with a ritual that one of my followers was enacting. Only many seasons of watchful planning prevented the resulting cataclysm from obliterating northern Landir.

As a result the woman who was to have represented me in Sanctuary has died in great anguish, for the cataclysm was contained to the tower in which she made her home and she alone bore the full force of its power. Where that tower once stood there is now naught but a strange shade of the original structure, distorted in shape and incorporeal, and a disquieting silence.

Furtheremore, Veria was present when the cowardly Queeaqueg murdered my prophet Trolin and laid waste my newly settled cities. Why therefore should she receive any mercy?

I have no issue with Veria, but her Hand... Many brave dwarrow were murdered by the wretch. I will not demand it, but should final justice be delivered, I would like his head to adorn the gate of Magiddo.
Said she, "What I get I get out of the fire,
So prithee, strike home and redouble the blow."

Her hands or herald I care nothing for. And while I understand Norn's anguish, I nonetheless feel that we should not seek to deprive our brother Argothoth of his new follower for reasons which had nothing to do with him...perhaps he can order her to perform some restitution?

For some reason, a group of adventurers in Magoddar, many of them worshiping Jove, Norn and Maeror, attacks a small outpost of your dwarrows, and slaughters them to the last, calling them "foul abominations".
I would not hold any god responsible for adventurers, but I must warn you all that such reprehensible actions will not be tolerated.

Norn, my sister, i understand your words. As i said before, Veria is in our hands. We can do what we want to her. If you want that i kill her, i demand a vote from all gods to achieve justice.

Sister, i disagree on that point.
She was present during the murder, but she was not the murderer...

Brother Simjen, know that these adventurers were not under any orders from me.

The sentiment is mutual, Argothoth. :D

Brothers and sisters, I have decided to claim power over the weather. It seemed a natural for the goddess of travel and commerce.

:::sigh:::

I was afraid not having DRP to spend on it would render my attempt at helping nearly useless. I did what I could at this time I think. I do apologize that it was basically ineffective, brother.

I do not know of any harm Veria has done towards me or mine, however, if I may offer a suggestion...?

This girl and her cronies have caused so much trouble to the Pantheon, now that we have the chance to turn that around, should we not forgive and forget the past and harness her obvious talents for the good of the Pantheon?
