As for myself? Hot Fuzz changed my life, I think. :D

Ohh yeah. I also had a sweet conversation with a four year old on the bus to the cinema.

"What's that?" (the four year old)
"My water bottle! I carry it around because it gets hot."
"Ohhh..." (He gives me a knowing look.) "Do you have any dolls?"
"I have some batman dolls from when I was as big as you are now!"
"Ohhhh...." (another knowing look) "Well, you can borrow this, it doesn't fit on MY dolls."
(he hands me a little rubber centurion-looking helmet for an action figure.
"Thanks little guy!"

This is where it gets sweeter, he proceeds to look up, ask "What's this thing?" and then yank down hard on the emergency alarm that also pops the window out of the bus. 8O

Luckily he wasn't big enough to actually make a difference, and I grabbed him in time, which got me a good aggresive look from his Mom. The bus stopped and we waved good by.

The helmet is now sitting on top of my favorite Batman action figure.

The kids have been at each others throats today. Steven(4) finds great joy in provoking Daniel(6) in hopes that Daniels retaliation will get him in trouble. Daniel screamed "leave me alone you confounded idiot baby" at Steven and took a swipe at him after Steve snuck up on him and popped him in the back of the head while Daniel was playing with Legos. Steven came to me crying and said "Daniel yelled at me and tried to hit me". I replied, "I have told you to quit irritating him, if you don't stop it he is going to hurt you". I have decided to take a step back and let things sort themselves out.

I feel pretty good today! I took my Microfit assessment at the gym today and found out that I was in much better shape than I thought. Also my love handles have mysteriously shrunk over the past week! I find myself really looking forward to the gym...it makes me feel so good about myself!!!

Mums (and dads) can be so protective! But often it's a knee jerk reaction I think, not a reflection of their thoughts on you (ie: that you might be a psychopath ready to steal their kid away! ;) ). Just wait until you have kids of your own, Balon, and you learn all about "Parents Playground Politics"...that's when things get really complicated!!!

Now, Luci, you're going to have to tell us what you got!

Now that the dart league is finished, I've got Monday nights open. :)

I think I'll do some Elohimfest research tonight.
