And, while I will not be your personal transport service, it is always possible that I'll have a ship that can be used to take your people away.

4) While I don't disagree with this (see #3), it is not possible to guarantee. But, if I give the DRP to O-gon-cho, her dragons will take however many they can take.

Agreed. Give the DRP to o-gon-cho ... her dragons may transport my followers. *bows*

Are you sure you do not want me to take her off your hands? I know you said she could not clean ... cook ... or offer other domestic skills. Perhaps we could give her to our armies!!

While I agree these two l-rdlngs have overstepped their bounds with you, please do not withdraw your blessing for safe travels from my weyrlings. They are youngsters, and are making their first flights across the great waters. Your blessing would still be greatly appreciated by me.

He makes light of his insult to me and how could I expect anything but idiocy from him? Because of his idiocy, I stand by my word and will make any future travel of his followers to be difficult indeed.

OLD JOKE, ASTA! I used it first in naming you JESTER! How soon they forget. Then again, Asta has not said anything original since his birth here in the Pantheon.

)" That is all I have asked of you. A simple word to the Allfather. Since you did not say anything about it, I assumed you agreed. After all, getting Chaos and Destruction off of Landir is a good thing, eh? No DRP required at all. Not even one that I give you. I'm giving a DRP to O-gon-cho, so she can strengthen her dragons for the journey. What I had thought your silence was an agreement to was a simple blessing.

I wasn't promising him anything from you in this regard. I will likely try to help him remove his followers from Landir at times. Not with DRP's, but, as I said, I have some ships that might be used from time to time.

Bhakti, I agreed to give a blessing THIS time. You asked me and I was happy to oblige. Just because I agreed to the first time does not mean that it is an open invitation to assume I will bless his followers' travel over and over again. AND, just because I was busy attending to other matters and did not respond to your promises immediately, it does not mean that I am in agreement.

You bartered my powers (with a god, I might add, who has continuously insulted me and threatened every god on the Pantheon) when you agreed to this:

ALSO, if Asta had wanted the passage of his followers blessed, he should have asked ME directly instead of bartering my powers with my husband! He seems to be under the impression that you are my keeper. WHAT A FOOL HE IS to truly believe that I am not an autonomous goddess in my own right!

Ah. Yes.

I see what you mean. Truthfully, I was concentrating on the "may have free passage" part of what AK said, and hadn't given much thought to the part about you. I apologize for my lack of attention to the detail. I most certainly did not mean it the way it came out. I would never presume to speak for you, much less make promises for your future actions.

AK, to be clear... As I said, I will always want your followers off of Landir, and would be pleased if you and I could peacefully arrange for such. Without using DRP's, I will be glad to let them ride in one of my ships. Slower than O-gon-cho's dragons, to be sure, but it's free, and I hope it will help avoid hostilities between us. But my Wife speaks for herself.

It is true that being Married to me gives Jove carte blanche to smack me around in public when I have earned it.

Of course, another part of being Married is receiving Love - of such intensity, in all of Love's myriad forms, from the most glorious goddess - as cannot be described in words.

As I just told Jove, what seemed like I was speaking for her was simply sloppy work on my part. In my rush to get this straightened out before it was too late, I wasn't paying enough attention. But even before this incident, my Wife has always made it clear that she likes to speak for herself. She's not much for the "damsel in distress" role.

As for my "safety," it is true that she causes me to die the little death on what might be a dangerously frequent basis.
