Okay, hi folks. I know I'm new around here, but this sounds like a blast, and if SRD is there, I may have to be too. I live in Denver, wouldn't be able to go until Saturday, but if anyone is flying in, doesn't want to drive alone (I'd be happy to drive if you are renting a car), go halfsies on a room, and even might want to stay Friday night in Denver (my girlfriend and I have a spare bedroom), I can't promise anything, but I might be able to assist. Please know this is a might at this stage.

Is there any word what days SRD would be around for the festivities? Because if it ain't Saturday or Sunday, then I'm definitely bowing out.

I'm going to continue reading the thread for word on the SRD happenings, but so far I haven't found any, and I wanted to open the door to this.

I think breakfast will be pretty flexible, regarding time.

:::nodding:::

I am coming to spend time with Watchers, not to do typical mundane things. But, I suspect as someone whose body does not allow her to sleep past 6:00 am EDT anymore, despite what time I go to sleep, that I will need something to keep me quiet and occupied so I don't disturb Miss Elora (did I get her name right, danlo?).

I think I would like to attend services Saturday morning, to get me out of the house fairly early. But, Saturday morning services and kiddush afterwards will most likely go from 9:00 am to noon at the earliest.

I don't want to miss any time with Watchers. But, if we're not meeting for breakfast until 11:00 or so, I would be OK with arriving at breakfast an hour or so late. If we're meeting earlier, then I'll know not to even bother packing Shabbes clothes...

Considering the two hour time difference, you'll be up pretty early, Menolly. :)

For me, it depends on how late we are up the night before. I suspect it will be late, but even then I almost certainly will be up by 7:30, NM time. As to what time we go out to eat, I'll go with the flow. :)

That is my suspicion. Even if I don't crash until 2:00 am mountain time (and I truly visualize myself having a hard time doing that), I suspect I'll be awake no later than 6:00 am mountain. The equivalent of sleeping in until 8:00 am eastern hs been unknown to me for years, unless I'm ill.
