this morning to get moving I had a couple of glasses of diet pepsi...and a couple of cups of tea...and I don't know if I actually ate any food this morning.

i actually ate a bowl of uncle toby's plus something for breaky .. and it has gone right thru me like a buggary hot vindaloo

i guess breaky doesnt really agree with me

Umm ... translation as requested is :
uncle toby's = healthy cereal
breaky = breakfast
plus something = an additional ingredient of choice
gone right thru me = performed laxatively
buggary = (in this context) extremely
hot vindaloo = very spicy indian dish
agree with me = meet with approval from my digestive system and/or metabolism

Oh, poor Furls! I know exactly how you feel, I had that pretty badly with both of my children.
