that's ok then!

I reckon I'll be getting rid of Bowyer anyway! And probably Mr Pascal Chimbonda too. What'll you give me for them? :D

How many transfers are we allowed? 3?

I have made an update and a few changes.
1. I have got rid of the team sheets but they will be back in Jan.
2. I have added a top 5 for Keepers, defenders, midfield and strikers. I might increase it to 10.

Someone asked me what were the final results to this, well I have them(based on the squads we had in December).
Here goes... in 3rd is...

Me, 1114 points.

In 2nd place is...

Trapper with 1171 points.

and in 1st place is...

Stone with 1266 points. Well Done!

Here are the Final squad points:
Stone's Squad:
Robinson - Tottenham - 117
Chimbonda - Tottenham - 90
Terry - Chelsea - 139
Campbell - Portsmouth - 136
Carragher - Liverpool - 163
Seol - Reading - 83
Bowyer - West Ham - 54
Lampard - Chelsea - 202
Duff - Newcastle - 51
Keane - Tottenham - 104
Doyle - Reading - 127

Trapper's Squad:
Reina - Liverpool - 150
Mellberg - Aston Villa - 129
Dawson - Tottenham - 100
Neill – West Ham - 96
Downing - Middlesbrough - 120
Cahill - Everton - 70
Gerrard - Liverpool - 180
Lennon - Tottenham - 98
Barton – Newcastle(was Man C) - 131
Angel – New York City Bulls(Was Aston Villa) - N/A
Saha - Man Utd - 97

Queeaqueg's Squad:
Lehmann - Arsenal - 117
Boulahrouz - Chelsea - 33
Aurelio - Liverpool - 54
Campbell - Portsmouh - 136
King - Tottenham - 61
Pennant - Liverpool - 90
Robben - Chelsea - 81
Mascherano - Liverpool - 50
Fabregas - Arsenal - 182
Kuyt - Liverpool - 140
Berbatov - Tottenham - 170

If you want, I have another game to play. It is quite simple... it is called the Transfer game. You each pick two teams and guess the ins and outs at the club.
3 points for getting a transfer right, 1 right price, 1 for right club(this is only for players going out of your club).
If you interested, just say... only something small and fun.

Wow, thanks Quee. :D

*also thanks Stone for the platter of my own buttocky goodness he so kindly handed me*

Nice work, Stone.

I'll get back to you on that, Quee. Although TBH, apart from a strong and somewhat obvious suspicion that Benitez is going to sign some players (I just read that Liverpool might get Torres) from La Liga, and that
Schwarzer is going to leave Boro I've got no idea really.

Thanks again.

It is just a bit of fun. Just set it out like this...
My team will be Liverpool and Arsenal(We can have the same club if you disagree and I guess we could have three teams).

Liverpool:
Keeper - Reina
Right Back - Daniel Alves(Signed for 5.5 million)
Left Back - Riise
Center B - Carragher
Center B - Agger
Right midfield - Mancini(13million)
Left Midfield - Simao(13million)
Center M - Gerrard
Center M - Mascherno
Striker - Torres(27million)
Striker - Kuyt

Bench - Milito(10million), Carson, Finnan, Crouch, Pennant
Out - Cissie(Bolton, 9million), Bellamy(West Ham7million), Gonzalez(5million, A Madrid).

Arsenal
Keeper - Lehmann
RB - Eboue
LB - Chivuu(9million... live in hope)
CB - Gallas
CB - Toure
RM - Rosicky
LM - Bable(10million)
CM - Fabregas
CM - Gilerto
FW - Tevez(18miilion
FW - Trezguet(10million)

Bench - Van Persie

Somehing like this.... You can change you teams anytime.

I might have left this idea a little late, but from what I can make out we could set up a private league at

football365.fantasyleague.com

and let them do most of the work for us, although I'd be happy either way.

The one at fantasy.premierleague.com is very good as well. You can make a team and enter it in as many leagues as you like.

Apparently the F365 Fantasy Football is "for UK and ROI residents only".

Dammit, I thought I'd assembled a good squad, too.

I'm off to check out Nav's suggestion now.

(later)......now that I've checked out Nav's site it is clearly superior to the F365 league.

Nice one Nav.

(later) I created a (somewhat hurried) team, and I tried to create a "Kevins Watch" league at Nav's site, but I'm not sure if it worked. At any rate, I didn't see any PIN to forward to you guys to join the league.

It's probably best if someone else creates the league.

FWIW here's my team (2 GK's, 5 D's, 5 MF's, 3 FW's)

GK's: Cech, Schwarzer

D's: Terry, Mellberg, Emerton, Dawson, Ferdinand

MF's: Nolan, Skoko, Bennayoun, Mascherano, Lampard

FW's: Viduka, Anelka, Diouf
