Say what??

Where did you get that idea?

Okay, Lore? You are not even in the peewee leagues here at the Watch when it comes to annoying people. Now Zeph -- THAT guy was ANNOYING.... Seriously: |G

CJ, how many times did you ride that rollercoaster before you could vogue for the camera? Because those things scare the bejaysus outta me! The last time I rode anything similar was the log flume ride at the amusement park inside the Mall of America. I took one look at the picture they took of me -- and the look of abject terror on my face -- and swore off everything but namby-pamby rides from then on. Yes, I *am* a big chicken, thanks! :|

Cheval -- :haha:

Doing okay here. I'm off tomorrow -- we get a stupid holiday in the middle of the week this year for 4th of July. At least it'll give me a chance to do more unpacking. Hopefully I can rearrange the storage closet to get the shelving units inside, and off the balcony, so that it will no longer look like trailer park trash has moved in....

Aliantha, I am hardcore when it comes to roller coasters. I can ride em over and over and over again....which I did. I think I must have ridden medusa, the one in the pic, around 10 times or so. My fave is Vertical Velocity. It shoots you up this spiral tube and then you fall backwards through the tube gaining momentum and then you go straight up in the air (still backwards) then you fall forward again and shoot back up the tube to the top and then backwards again even higher and then forwards up the tube and it starts slowing. I think I rode that 12 times.... man I love that ride. :P

That's for sure!

I've got a 50th birthday party to stop by at tonight, but I think it's going to be a short stop. I've been dragging all day. Nothing special planned for tomorrow. It'll be nice.

Just got back from a family night out, just the three of us. I'll be a little sad when Hyperception picks up work again on his dissertation in the Fall, and between work and research Beorn and I will be lucky to see him ten hours a week.

But tonight was nice. We went to Fanfare and Fireworks, UF's firework display with bands, concessions, and a pretty decent display of fireworks for a smaller city. Since they do them on the third, the display costs like half what the University would pay if it was done tomorrow.

You make me jealous, EG! I gotta buy a new comp for when StarCraft 2 comes out, heh.

As for me: I feel remarkably well for someone who has undergone so much change. I'm at 162 pounds currently, and it's filling out not just in the stomach and hip areas. I mostly do walking for exercise, but I'm planning on getting one of those crunch machines and some free weights. Also might do some shadow boxing. I've got a fifty pound bag in one of the "junk rooms" of our house.

Wow! Must be nice to have 8 GBs of RAM to play with! And two 24-inch LCDs! :faint:

Elfgirl rules! :Hail:

Workstations generally eat home PCs for breakfast anyway, but my home system is so ancient by today's standards that it wouldn't even rate as a small snack for Elfgirl's monster machine.
