I'm a little confused here; help me out. Though nobody knows for sure, I thought Hitler was alone with his girlfriend Eva Braughn (sp?) at the time of his death.

Interesting. I wonder what Hitler said in his short scream. "Ach Nell"? "Der Sprakken De Doich"? "Vas Ist Frankenfurer?" "Mein Gott"? "These pretzels are making me thirsty"? This could change the whole complexion of the story, and as the reader, frankly I think you owe this crucial information to me, Clear.

Hmm. Though he's certainly responsible for many evil things, I doubt that Hitler was guilty of surrounding himself with cowards. Didn't even one officer try to ram Dolph, impaling him with the decorative spike on his helmet? C'mon, a little realism here. Maybe a scene where Dolf deflects Luger shells with his rapidly spinning sword or something.

Other than these few fine plot points, I think the story is well written. I can't help but hoping that this is just the final part of a longer, novel-length story; or even a trilogy. I would really love reading the full length version of this, especially now that I know the ending.

I don't think the generals were cowards. They might have been understandably fearing for their lives but not cowards. Well, they might have been "yella" but not cowards.
Ah, the old spinning sword deflecting the bullets trick eh?
Too easy. Too effective. Good for some but not for Dolph. He earns every beheading he gets.

You still have not answered the question. Is this a part of a larger work, or have you once again wandered off in the fog of your attention deficit disorder to write five more partial stories instead? :screwy:

HEy! Holy $#!+!!! I'm rich. I get to change my title! I get to go ON PATROL, without annoying the hell out of everybody with the 467 poststhat would have been otherwise necessary! Whoever donated me the 5 large, I thank you from the bottom of my cape! :screwy:

I think you know that was me. I was donated quite a bit from Darth Revan and I gave you a chunk. I'm happy you're happy.

Yes, very happy. I am now using the funds to create my own Reich, and if I play my cards right, I'll hire Dolph as my right hand man.

Just looking at this topic title and wondering - whatever happened to the Anthology idea?

well, Tom appeared to be the only one really providing material for it. So much, infact, that he had enough for his own book.

I think he and I (and maybe a couple of others) were the only ones that took the idea seriously, and he was the only one that put time into it... and he has been rewarded for his effort, well done Tom!
