Need SRD hardcovers?

Post by Fist and Faith »

I've picked up SRD hardcovers at the local used book store when I've seen them. I don't go often, but I have a few.

-I have three hc copies of The Real Story. This cover:
www.stephenrdonaldson.com/background/pu ... s/gap0.php
One of the copies is smaller than the other two, although it's still hc.

-One copy of A Dark and Hungry God Arises. Cover on the same page as above.

-One copy of The Illearth War. kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/album_page.php?pic_id=1323

-I saw Mirror of Her Dreams today, but forgot to pick it up on my way out. But I could get it easily enough. I doubt it sold after I left today, and it's not open again until Saturday.

Anybody want any of these?? Free. They only cost me $1 each, so no worries. Just trying to get people something they might want.

Fist, do you still have these? I need a new set of Gap and Mordant books, so TRS, ADAHGA and MOHD (only if you plan to make a trip back to the store anyway...)

Thanx!

Y'know...the first time I read the title, I read it as "Need SRD Hardcore?"

My mind went to porn. Which is odd, because I'm not a porn hound.

Fist, as I own no Donaldson, other than the book danlo gave me to have SRD sign at the dinner, I am open to any and all you can find. That is, should you decide to keep hunting...

I didn't know. From now on when I find SRD or King books, I'll send them to you.

But ya gotta admit, it was pretty funny.

Cail...

You and Fenrir should have a tete-a-tete. He knows how I feel about that suggestion...

Pretty much, unless you have a bookshelf that looks like this:

I have owned them all in hardcover (and many paperbacks too). But <he shamefully admitted> I got rid of some of them a few years ago when I moved. At that point I didn't think I'd be getting back into SRD and I knew I could buy new copies if I wanted them.

However, my karma was balanced when I visited my parents' house and there was a complete set of TCTC including my signed copy of WGW in their bookcase!! Of course I grabbed it...

Sadly, I do not.

I don't have any bookshelves of my own. What I do have contains Hyperception's books for his dissertation research, and the few books we have managed to buy Beorn. Everything else comes from the library...
