Ever see this title, Don? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L.E.G.I.O.N. It was TONS of fun for the first few years.
-The Vril Dox/Brainiac of the time created the team.
-The LSH's Phantom Girl somehow (I don't really remember) ended up going back to "present" time, but with amnesia.
-Lar Gand, who would later become Valor (and who was Mon-El in pre-Crisis) joined.
-Captain Comet, an oooold time favorite, a mutant said to have been "born a hundred thousand years before his time," could fly, was really strong, had telekenisis...
-Lobo at his VERY best! He was very overused around that time, appearing in every title DC had, but here's where I loved him best!

I've heard of this but I don't have any of the issues in my collection. I knew about the Mon-El/Valor deal, but I haven't thought about Captain Comet in YEARS.

I have a few issues, but I don't think Ive given them the attention they deserve.

I need to rectify that, esp. as I've been a LSH-junkie from the beginning.
