I may have to second your nominaton!
So-called "raunchy" comedies were never a big part of my film diet, but out of the ones listed, I'd rank The Blues Brothers, Stripes and Blazing Saddles at the top for overall quality.

Favorite Airplane lines:
Joey : Wait a minute! I know you. You're Kareem Abdul-Jabar.
You played basketball for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Murdock : I'm sorry son, but you must have me confused with some-
one else. My name is Roger Murdock. I'm the co-pilot.
Joey : You are Kareem! I've seen you play. My dad's got
season tickets....
Joey : I think you're the greatest, but my dad says you don't
work hard enough on defence. And he says that lots of
times, you don't even run down court. And that you
don't really try . . . except during the playoffs.
Murdock : The hell I don't!! ( grabs joey by collar ) LISTEN KID!
I've been hearing that crap ever since I was at UCLA.
I'm out there busting my buns every night. Tell your
old man to drag Walton and Denier up and down the
court for 48 minutes.

Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one.

Blazing Saddles is still the funniest ever for me, followed closely by Caddyshack and Fletch. Airplane's up there as well. There have been movies that have made me laugh since the late '80s, but nothing as good as the stuff back then. Wedding Crashers and Old School were funny the first time, but neither of them does well with repeated viewings. Anchorman and The 40 Year Old Virgin were massive disappointments, as was Blades of Glory.
Superbad had better deliver.
