It could be a large warm fleshcoloured one....

Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Our hot water heater is exploding, as much as it can explode without bursting apart. There's some water damage to the Garage (which is amazing.) And it's about a 110 F in there, down from over 120. Still like a sauna. I'm pissed 'cause I have to sit around and wait for a repairman who probably isn't showing up.
I'm happy because I got a new machine head (six of them) for my strat' today. I'm pissed because, since I have to wait for the repairman, I can't head over to my dad's to get a tiny screwdriver to put the new head on so I can restring the guitar and actually play.
Overall Mood: Neutral.

Keep in mind, my player, that you invoked one of the domains of Bhakti as well, citing him by name to the player of Nor Yekith...

Nor Yekith sends his regards. He's currently touring the universe giving lectures on eugenics.

Anyway, update from work. The woman who made that 'retarded' comment is known to be weird. She's now admitted it was a joke, and I told her it was in rather poor taste. Some women . . .

He is...well...in his own way...missed.
Well done.Loremaster wrote:Anyway, update from work. The woman who made that 'retarded' comment is known to be weird. She's now admitted it was a joke, and I told her it was in rather poor taste. Some women . . .

Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one.

...just having a little fun, High L-rd...
There are reasons I have been a loyal "behind-the-scenes" supporter of m'l-rd Bhakti since before version 1.0 ever launched. Never question such actions of mine again.
Now...as is obvious by the response your post is generating here, get back and stay (at least for a little while) in Gravin Threndor...

Wow. It's amazing how tired one can be after getting a ride back to your locked up bicycle at five in the morning to ride the couple of miles back to your house.
*phew*
This was a crazy effing night.

Did duty at SoS's kindergarten today. Had a long chat to the teacher. She discussed with me significant developmental delays SoS appears to have. They'll put him through to the 4/5 year old kindergarten next year (our school years run Jan to December here in Oz) as he is too old to keep back but she has said they will organize a special needs assessor to come in early next year. <sigh> Anyway, so I'm a little sad.
Kinda makes me think have I done something wrong.

I am feeling very good. I had a nice morning. Anyway, I've made a stand against office crap, and have come out the 'victor'. The staff have supported me, and management aren't happy with the ladies who have been rude to me.
Oh, and yes . . .
An interesting train ride.

Phantasm...the moment has arrived!! My standard avatar is back for your viewing pleasure!

And don't worry yourself about SoS, some kids just take a bit longer to pick things up than others, and sometimes need a wee push in the right direction from a teacher specialising in one to one assessment.
Certainly don't think that you have done something wrong, with the best will in the world, I'm sure that there's nothing you could have done to change the situation.

Sea, from what I understand, Oz has some of the best specialists in the world regarding possible developmental delays. I know for Beorn's disorder, the specialist is from Oz.
All will be well. Regardless of what the assesment turns up, SoS is the same loving child he was before his teacher ever spoke to you. Never forget that.
Details? Please???
