well I hate to say this guys but our options are severely limited here. It seems, since ESPN defiled our draft, that we are having a tough time...

Perhaps we could do some form of online/offline draft and set the teams manually. Its not quite the same as a live draft but I could probably handle it on my end and we could wrap it up before the season started if we are fairly diligent.

edit--Could someone confirm the draft order for me?

I don't mind just setting my picks, don't need to be there live, I already have 2 live drafts. So no need to plan for me for the draft.

Now the real question, at #2, Jackson, Johnson, or Alexander? Oh my!

EDIT: I'm a software developer, and I've been thinking about building my own fantasy football site. If anyone out there knows how to get weekly stats for free, let me know.

Also, did you notice, right on Yahoo's Sports Page, the add for Fantasy Football says "We don't drop the ball."? They could really use that to take advantage of ESPN's problems.

hmmm.... I sent you a couple of emails about our offline/online draft. Check the draft room I made the #2 pick for you already based on the projection at 2.

You better hope for a lot more help than that. I have a more than respectable lead on you as of now, with Stover to kick me the rest of the way to victory.

Good luck anyway (NOT!!)!!!

Guns opened up a can of whoopass on me this week! 131-85. I've still got two to play, but it looks beyond tough to catch up.

That's why you can't trust the experts. ;)
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. Danlo, my poor unfortunate friend...

Looks like the scheduling gods have us up against one another in both leagues next week.
