Watching this trailer reminded me why I didn't completely embrace the first film. After reading FF comics since the mid 70s I've developed an image of who and what these people are like. For some reason none of the characters in these films seem to fit that image. The origin story of the first film seemed to miss the mark as well. However in spite of that FF2 may be more like what the doctor ordered. A teaser trailer is hardly enough information to work with but it is a start.

The Silver Surfer is briliant, i remember watching the cartoon of him years ago. I'll go and see it anyway.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.

I thought this was the second Final Fantasy movie.

Fantastic Four is still great, though

Well, I have lost count long ago on how many trailers make a movie look fan-freakin-tasktic only to be extreemly disappointed when I see the whole crap film that was made.

I'm going to sound like Cail, but...I just watched this and it really sucks. Then again I've never liked F4 (but I love the Silver Surfer)
