Eating nothing but Aliantha: The effects upon the human body

Post by aTOMiC »

Aside from the obvious nourishing benefits provided by Aliantha, in realistic terms, what would happen if you ate them constantly for a week? I have no doubt that your tongue would be transformed to a new and interesting color. I have to wonder what gastro intestinal side effects would be bubbling about during and afterwards. Would the potent fruit be fully consumed by the body or would it act as an aggressive laxative? :-)

Finally, as wonderful as Aliantha might be the old adage "Even too much of a good thing can be bad" comes to mind. Would eating nothing but Aliantha for a week put you off of them for the rest of your life? Hmmmm....
I've eaten too many oreo cookies before. It was years before I could look at them with desire in my heart or my stomach.

I think SRD purposefully omitted such details.

I happend to notice that you must not have answered the poll question.
Is the color you had in mind absent? :-)

I don't want 2 tell u what a full bag of Fig Newtons does to me. The aliantha sustained them but gave TC a feeling of being "etheral" or thinner, didn't it?--always made me wonder that if he ate no food and only treasure berries that he would either a.) summon himself back or b.) disapear altogether. :?
Red, simply red (hey that sounds like a good name 4 a band! :D )

It's not that interesting, and it's not that unique. Just rent a copy of "Young Frankenstein, and you'll see that Cromas' brain was the one used in Frankenstein. Of course, Cromas went under the moniker Abby Normal then.

Super-Duper. :screwy:

It appears that Purple is out in front of the poll. I'm not suprised. I wonder what an aliantha pie would taste like? Peach I guess. :-)

Now that you mention it I think you are right. I can't imagine what kind of effect eating a whole aliantha cream pie would do to you. Not in the gross sense but the infusion of earthpower driven health. Whooosh!
