18?! Whoa . . . I'd be hoping for some fast eliminations if I was the GM. How about someone start a war?

It's hard as hell to actually kill a deity. In fact, it's never been done to an active player, except Simjen, and he wasn't killed by another player.

But given how many people dropped out of the previous two, I won't be surprised if we end up with about the same number as we have anyway. Maybe a couple extra but that's all.

Although at the time he was, if you know what I mean.

(Anyway, I don't think any of us would lightly attempt to eliminate another player, even if it was easy.)

Oh, I guess I should ask this, as I haven't played from the beginning before.

The newbie immunity rule. Does that apply to all deities for the first four Turns? So, a war can't actually be started for the first year? Or does that only apply to players joining in the Game later, like I did last Game?

It applies to all deities. Give a player a chance to start his cult before wiping him out! :P

Don't worry, it was more of a flippant comment about the pros of war for getting weeds out of the garden. Anyway, I'd wait until at least the 5th turn before starting one . . .

Enough War? Yeah right. I didn't have ENOUGH in P2. Mostly cause I was having difficulty finding justifiable ones. :P

I think it'll work out better for me this time around. :D

Hi everyone - I've been thinking about this quite a bit for the past couple of days, and after talking it over with Fist, I've decided to withdraw from P3.

I appreciate my friends who wanted me to be involved in this, and I'm sorry to disappoint.

Thanks,

Don
