Been down the beach all morning, thunderstorms rolling in now, plan to go to a farmer's market tomorrow; and drove past a house a couple of blocks up from us with 3 fire engines, firemen with breathing apparatus, a gazillion coppers... No fire in sight. When we drove past it again just before saw it was all cordoned off with police tape. Who knows what's going on there (a most unusual sight in our small country town!).

I am voting for the Liberals for two reasons: They are the best for handling our booming economy, and because I want to go against my generation!

They're not going to get my vote, that's for sure.

On a sad note: what I mentioned above (seeing all the cop cars, fire engines etc) turned out to be a suicide pact between a couple in their late 70's. The wife had dementia and was going to have to go live in a home...and they didn't want to be separated. They gassed themselves. The wife died, the husband in hospital in a critical condition. Sad. :(

Starting today I am moving in with Montressor. The main move will be in a week, however. But I am taking some boxes down filled with my books.

I watched the last half of the Pride and Prejudice I started last weekend, and spent some quality time with my family. I'm going to go find some dinner, and watch a movie or something. Meh. . .

Today I almost caught my death of cold whilst waiting for a bus home in the cold and wet. Thankfully it followed a rather accomplished shopping trip and meeting with a friend visiting from Vancouver.
Now if only I could get warm again *shiver*

This last weekend me, Josh, and the aisukarimu that shall not be named had a nice little Jam session. We're thinking about getting the band back together.

Next weekend I'll be in Nashville, TN, spending 5 days with my former roommate who happens to be my other former roommate's former girlfriend.

Go me!

I know. It's so strange. I'm such a great [entity/being/life-form]. Why do I only have one friend, a Wilson to my House? Is it the cane? Should I get something flashier? With flames? Make it look like I'm going fast?

This weekend we're playing host to Wads and friend.
Waddley and Moose are becoming fast friends.

Wadds looks like she is becoming much better friends with Moose than she was with JoJo.
