Avatar, Season 3

Premiered last night. Don't imagine anyone else watches the show?
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

I've seen many episodes, but I don't watch it regularly. If I was going to watch anything regularly these days, it might be Avatar. Pretty cool stuff. :D

Avatar: The Last Airbender (also known as Avatar: The Legend of Aang in several countries) is an Emmy Award-nominated American animated television series that currently airs on the Nickelodeon television network. Set in an Asian-influenced world of martial arts and elemental magic, the series follows the adventures of the latest of a long line of Avatars, Aang, and his friends in their quest to save the world from the ruthless Fire Nation. The series is written in the form of a book series, with each episode serving as a "chapter" and each individual season as a "book."

*embarassed*

I like this show, but had not admitted it as both Beorn and Hyperception think it's ridiculous. They would rather watch Naruto, with all the diffferent levels of jutsu techniques.

*shrug*

And, since moving in December and not having cable, I haven't seen it in awhile.

Airbender's ridiculous but Naruto isn't?! That's like saying Dr. Mario is a realistic game but Tetris is over-the-top.
