If you have a new PC that includes a CD drive that can burn CDs, then you probably already have the software somewhere.
Just make sure you choose to make an "Audio CD" when you do it.
It's as easy as selecting the MP3 files you want on the CD, and clicking the Burn button.
If you don't have the software, you can find some free software. I think the free version of Musicmatch Jukebox does, for one, but I haven't researched it this is just off the top of my head.
But it's extremely unlikely a PC with a read/write CD drive doesn't come with the software, unless you assembled the system yourself.
If you don't have a CD drive that can burn CDs, then you have no choice but to find a buddy who can do it for you.
You need to buy some blank CDs at CVS or somewhere. Even if someone does it for you, you should hand them some blank CDs to do it on.

first you RIGHT click on the file, select "Save Target As"

this brings up a "box" for you to select the folder you wish to download to, select My Music and then click the "Save" button on the bottom right of the "box":

this is what it looks like when it is downloading:

there's more help if you need it....
