Sure, I guess... Depp has range like no other actor in his class. He has a knack for injecting life into lifeless character sketches, making the dull and inanimate interesting and tangible i.e. relative. He might be the one to do it. Then again, I have no real discernible voice in my head for the "Groveler!" speech at the outset of the Chronicles... It could be Judi Dench!

Mr. Depp als LC ?

maybe in 20 years. I think he looks like too young for an asshole like LC. But if he plays the LC then his wife the unbelieveble Ms. Vanessa Paradi must play Highlord Lena.

Come ON! Johnny Depp would be PERFECT for Esmer if they were ever going to do a movie of the Last Chronichles...

Which is weird coz I don't imagine Depp looking anything like a Haruchai... But I stand by my word

I think Depp could handle Foul or TC with class. However I think an actor of his popularity might take away from the film.

Though it might be the only way it would ever get made.
