Dungeon Seige Movie

OMFG. Uwe Boll did it again.

Another crappy video game movie. January 11th.

I think I need to go blind myself now.

Or start the Worst Film of 2008 thread early.

There isn't a worse film than Alone in the Dark. There can't be..

I wonder if he is trying to bottom himself.

Wow, that sounds bad.

Still, I wish he'd bottom himself in private.

Edit: Just adding that "bottom" in this context means the opposite of "top". Read again as such. Thank you. This is a recording.

I didn't even know there was an Alone in the Dark movie, so after I read your post I looked it up on IMDB. One of the comments was as follows:
Someone on IMDB.com wrote:This movie was so bad, when I saw it opening night only nine people were in our theater and eventually everyone walked out. The manager was standing outside the theater and said, "Dude, I know," and gave us all tickets to another movie.
8O That's pretty damn bad...

Yeah. Silent Hill was actually a really awesome movie, but Alone in the Dark had nothing to do with the game. Other than there were people in it.

Ever seen a Ulli Lommel movie? He is so, so bad, he makes Uwe Boll look like David Lean . . .

If Ulli Lommel made a movie this year, I already know it has to be the worst movie of the year, and I don't even need to see it.

If it makes y'all feel any better, everyone who works at Gas Powered Games (the game's developer) has low expectations for the game as well... not that that helps any, I suppose.

But it has a lot of big name people in it. Maybe that will help? :) I like hope. I have lots of it to use up.

I figured GPG had low hopes for the movie, but hearing it makes me feel better.

Ray, next time someone asks you to choose the form of the Destructor, do not pick Sky Kitten.

They're probably going to rent a theater for everyone to see it in, and I can imagine large portion of us are going to be drunk. I'll help to ease the pain. (I don't work there, my bf does. Don't mean to make it sound like I do.)

No, having Chris Taylor's wife tell you to go over and hit on him because she caught him checking you out and would think it's funny to see him all flustered and THEN talking to him later about some sort of inappropriate rondevouz (sp?)- THAT is sweet.

Also, the GPG team is entirely great. Love em.
