Do you prefer mayonaise, or miricle whip on turkey sandwiches.
I thought you were a ripe grape
a cabernet sauvignon
a bottle in the cellar
the kind you keep for a really long time

well, thats a tough one. Mayonnaise is definitely better for the MILF's skin, but on a Co-ed, the miracle whip may actually taste good, even better! 8)

The important factor in all of these is Silence. That's all you need, with Intent. Those you mentioned are only devices designed to focus that Intent, in Silence, as it is required that you "trap your attention"; they are in actuality unneccessary, for you can accomplish more without them. They are just "props". 8)

From the group read of A Wizard of Earthsea over on the Hangar...
Highdrake (Fist) wrote: This chapter is simply brilliant!!! UKLG as good as she gets!! The best of all being what Av quoted:
"You thought, as a boy, that a mage is one who can do anything. So I thought, once. So did we all. And the truth is that as a man's real power grows and his knowledge widens, ever the way he can follow grows narrower: until at last he chooses nothing, but does only and wholly what he must do..."
That is a key (and my favorite) concept of Taoism: wu-wei. Non-action. Non-ado. The Tao abides in non-action, yet nothing is left undone. From The Tao of Zen, by Ray Grigg:
"When non-doing appears as inaction it is peaceful, silent, and still; when it appears as action it is thoughtless, reflexive, and intuitive."
...just thought the ideas kind of go together...

Once there was a young man who was confused. There was so much war, and hate, and evil in the world. He was deeply troubled. So one day he went to a self-proclaimed Zen Master, and asked him what to do. The Zen Master, smacking him upside the head, said, "Go to the old, condemned mansion to the north of town on the hill. There go into the dining room, and sit in the northwest corner and meditate there until midnight."

So the young man did as the Zen Master said. He went to the old, condemned mansion on the hill north of town, found the dining room, and there, in the northwest corner, on a pile of plumbing and fixtures that had fallen through from the bathroom on the floor above, he sat and began to meditate.

But his meditation was troubled. He wondered if he had judged the northwest corner correctly. He wondered how he would know it was midnight. He worried that the rest of the plumbing above him would fall down onto his head.

Suddenly, as the clock struck midnight, the plumbing above him fell down to join the plumbing below him, and, covered in offal, two men entered the room.

"Who is that?" Asked the First Man.
"Some say he is a Man who has Achieved Enlightenment." Replied the second man. "Others say he is a shit head."

Hearing this, the Young Man was Enlightened.

Esmer, do you know why it is that when you need something you can't find it,
but you could swear that you had seen it lying in 10 different places around the house when you didn't need it?

I'll take off all my clothes for you, I'll let you get naked too, and maybe later we'll get hot by the refrigerator
In the kitchen next to the pantry....if it takes our fancy. In the buff, being rude, doing stuff with the food, getting lewd. I heard that's what you're in to. Then on our next date well, you could bring your roommate, the three of us in the nude being lewd, three dudes with food.

But I need to know, is that what you're in to?
It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.

I didn't even know sheep ate bananas.

lost socks go nowhere, forever doomed to wander aimlessly, because, well, they're lost!
