I'm not going to go into the detail as to exactly how it all works but the admin options are pretty cool and will prevent any unwanted issues from happening.

Obviously, WGD's are useless without a shop - that's in the making but in the meanwhile, you can earn WGD's by posting

is there a way to penalize for creating topics that could have easily been just a post in some other topic? or what about one for spamming a thread? how much should that cost?

It's obvious he's rich. Just look at the silky-soft skin of his avatar. You don't think he was born with that, do you? That look takes a lot of money, whether for skin-care product, or Photoshop, I'm unsure.
