One of the prerequisites for membership in the psychochick union (local 427 'round these parts) is that they're insane in the sack.
So if she was less than stellar, she's either not crazy (which'll get her booted out of the union), or she's not performing up to standards (they're quite strict about that). Or it could be that she hasn't completed the training program and she's boning without the proper permits and credentials. That's not good, because the union's training is very clear on what you can and can't do prior to becoming a Master Psycho.
Or she could be non-union, which would make her a scab, and that's just nasty.
