I feel like I just got a huge papercut on my index finger while opening my credit card statement. I think they did it on purpose since I'm paying the damn thing off. . . :evil:

Other than that, I feel like. . . well, never mind.

YAY!!! I'm all excited! I got the ants for my ant farm in the mail today.... finally..... the six to eight weeks for shipping turned out to be more like 12 weeks but hey. I gots em and they are cool. Can't wait to set em loose in the farm when I get home. :biggrin:
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Yay, Jenn! I bet you're glad to get the little guys at last! (we need an ant emoticon here!)

And as for me, well, I got an email from my stalker-ish ex boyfriend. It was just a forward, but every time I see his name in my email box it just makes me flash through emotions from fear, to guilt, to anger, and back again. It puts me in a foul mood, to say the least. Anyhow, I got some food and some alcohol in my tummy, so I'm feeling some better now. Good thing alcohol solves all problems, right? ;)

You feel the urge to say amen because I'm so eminently practical, and because I make good sense. ;)

I usually go with a wine or a mixed drink. I have a day job and I think a good stiff drink could make me wake up with a monster-sized migraine (I'm prone to them). I'll allow myself a couple of glasses of wine or one good mixed drink on a weeknight if I need it. ;)

I am the true Duchess of Dork! I am doing my Uncle Milton's Ant Farm Club Workbook right now! I just got to the chapter on ant anatomy! :biggrin:

Yep Ali! I just got my live ants and my ant club packet in the mail today. I read and did all the activities in the book. I even colored in the diagram quiz using the listed colors to identify the thorax, head, mandibles, eye, legs, abdomen, crop, stomach and stinger. :biggrin:

I have sixteen ants and from my workbook I learned that ALL ants in a colony are female and that males are only born when a queen needs to mate. Therefore I named em all Cyndi. 8O :biggrin:
