I especially like the shrubbery, which gives us the two-level effect.

Unless you want to change Kevin's Watch to be on the side of a mountain instead of standing by itself out in the middle of a field. That would be okay. But I still love it the way it is.

I think he's saying that Kevin's Watch is freestanding in a plain and you've got it attached to a mountain range.

That right, Wayfriend?

I thought Wayfriend was saying just the opposite...

It's not a big deal. It's great the way it is, Vain! :)

(If there ever is a Chronicles movie, I've a hunch WF will be one of those in the audience marking down every little inaccuracy.) :P

Yeah. Kevin's Watch is supposed to be standing out from a mountainside--one that's taller than the Watch itself is (it presumably was carved out of it, after all)--whereas this image has it standing on its own very high above the rest of the landscape.
Then again, it's not that big of a deal--it's not supposed to be right next to Andelain either, and we're not complaining. :P

Well we need to try and be as accurate as possible so I made an adjustment.

Technically, you can / should be able to see KW from Andelain - if you look from the southern edge of Andelain down to KW :)

Um...
Has the colors of the Watch just been changed or is my monitor going?

The orange on the green does not work well on these older eyes...

*~*edit*~*

*nod*

The white works better for me, but...
(and I hate to be a PITA)
...the blue on the green for the forum headings is also difficult for me to read.

...sorry...

Oh!! But now the admins names are also white, and that is REALLY hard to read on the boards themselves.

:) It's an iterative process - I think I have the colours mostly ok now but if things REALLY don't work for you then let me know what it is and I'll have a look at sorting it out

The topic headers are showing olive green on mine. Hard on the eyes.

*nodding*

OK.

The forum headings are still difficult for me to decipher at the current settings, but I don't pay all that much attention to them usually. The current lighter yellow-orange works well on the other headngs. Less glaring contrast on my eyes.

Thanks Vain.
...but...isn't it 3:00 am for you?

~*~edit~*~

Yeah, what the High L-rd said regarding the Forum/Topic headings.
