No. . . we stare at a flickering boxes for hours on end, entertaining ourselves with youtube, streaming HD video and message boards. We no longer know how to find the simplest information if google or wikipedia is down. . . We are lost entirely when the power is out and so is the battery on our ipods. :D

Yeah. . . I was just making a statement about our times, and thinking about an ice storm we had a year ago. We were without power for 9 days, and it was somewhat difficult to keep ourselves occupied (reading by candlelight is hard on the eyes). I understand that about 9 months later there was quite a rise in patients in labor and delivery. :D

Yeah, being born in February, I have my suspicions that I came about as a result of a cabin fever following a case of spring fever :P

Yes, sarge, I know who Annie, and Daddy Warbucks are, but I never read the comics, so the picture just looked like some strange, anonymous bald guy. :)

find a digest of the early stuff. rather good stuff. just like the early dick tracy is good. the later stuff for both is sanitized/scrubbed too much. skip the movies for either.
