A guy at work brought this in. Pretty fun! :D From 1970, it's about a suercomputer that is made to take control of our missles, so someone having a bad day doesn't push the button. But it turns out to be a little smarter than they planned. And it finds a counterpart to itself in the USSR. They get together, and... Oh well, I'll let you see for yourself. heh.

saw it when i was a kid. i don't remmeber much other than it was entertaining. i shall have to rent it agin. thanks, :)

I find it baffling that I've never seen this film. I've heard of it many times and it's made lists like "Best Sci Fi of the 1970s". It sounds like something I would have loved to have seen before now and now I must see it.
