About the domains discussion... the phrase Balon refers to speaks of "fire and water" as domains, not as Houses. The rules say that the House only matters for your Major domain, not for your minor ones; the rules further state that you cannot take opposing
domains, not domains belonging to opposing Houses. So you can't be a god of darkness AND light, you can't be a god of Fire AND Water, you can't be a god of Earth AND Sky, you can't be a god of Death AND Life, and so on. It has nothing to do with Houses. What it is basically saying is that if, say, Etzlicoatl were the god of Fire, he could not take on the minor domain of Water. But he could still take on any other domain belonging to the Water House.
