I thought it took forever to get my firelion (and I had help). Then I started posting like crazy and earned toward my Forestal (bought it without donations). Still. . . I don't think I'd want to save up for one of the big things.

You guys do realize... if you maintain a rate of 100 WGD per day, it will still take you 27.4 years to save up.

I would seriously think about something more reasonable ... say, a Linden's Army item.
