MM...did I forget to say I *love* your moon pic! I tried taking pics our last lunar eclipse but didn't have a tripod so they didn't really work out. Yours is wonderful!

And Chrys...love the pics...especially the one with the green buildings. They're funky! What's in them? Are they just housing?

You never see churches that nice in this country. Everything is so bland architecturally speaking anyway.

I really love some of the old churches we have here. Apparently Ireland has some great ones too. I'm not overly religious but I love the buildings!

Something from me. These are Orthodox (for those who do not know, believe me I've met many, orthodoxy is also Christian religion, but It's mostly in the east (Russia, Serbia, Armenia, Ukraine, Belarus etc.))

On first picture you can see St. Mark's Church. It was built by dynasty Obrenovic. It the main church in Belgrade.
On second picture you can see St. Sava's church, also in Belgrade, foundations for this church were laid by King Alexander Karadjordjevic in 1930s but due the communism it waited for 70 years to be finished. Now it is the biggest church in Europe and a pride of Belgrade. I'll upload some more pics soon.

To avenge our elders..."

Gorgeous pictures, Chrysalis, Sheol, and Lord.trax! I never get tired of taking pictures of architecture myself.

And Lord.trax, those are gorgeous pictures of St. Mark's and St. Sava's. You don't happen to have any photo of the inside of those buildings, do you? I'd love to see any you have. :)

Sheol, excellent shot. 8)

Some stunning architecture on display here!

Chrysalis, I think those green buildings are interesting too. I don't think I've ever seen them before.

Hail, lord.trax! Thanks for sharing your photos with us. It's cool to have a Watch member posting pictures from Serbia. :)

These are moon shots from last year:

Nice! Especially the first one; it'd be awesome as wallpaper.
