Yes unfortunately.. I didn't like them at all. I have enjoyed some of Anne McCaffrey's books but theese...

HOW, IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS WRONG AND UNHOLY, CAN YOU NOT LIKE THE FREEDOM BOOKS???? ARE YOU DEMENTED OR SOMETHING???? AS YOU CAN SEE, I AM IMPRESSIVE, BECAUSE I TYPE IN ALL CAPS, AND OVERUSE PUNCTUATION!!!! HERE, HAVE AN EOSI MIND-WIPE!!!!

May I ask why you don't like the Freedom series?

Sorry I just really don't like them, it's been a while since I read them though and I've sold my copies so I can't use them for reference ... (note to self, keep even the books you don't like for further reference

)

Well, what I really didn't like in those books was the stereotype caracters and frankly, the human "heroine" bugged me. I found her to be a complete bubblehead and not a strong woman wich I expected!

But that's just me, I expected something that I didn't get...

I think "Freedoms Whatever" is actually the "Catteni" series, or "Freedom" series. I believe there are three books in the series; Freedom's Landing (part originally published as short story "The Thorns of Barevi"), Freedom's Choice (aka Catteni's Choice), and Freedom's Challenge (aka Catteni Challenge). The series starts off as people cononize a world that was or had been already inhabited.
