It has been my experience that 99% of the hot guys are bastards, gay, or about to become priests. Or so completely out of reach as to be not worth thinking about.

Evidently you're not from Washington, where the percentage of girls is 99% Beard Haters. :)

As long as it's trimmed neatly and not full of forgotten food-drips, I really don't care.

I only knew one other Andrew growing up.

But now I work with five.
I thought you were a ripe grape
a cabernet sauvignon
a bottle in the cellar
the kind you keep for a really long time

That reminds me...

I've had a crush on every Catherine (including all spelling variations) I've ever met. And I've known more Catherines (of various spellings) than any other name.

Since we're on the subject of names... it seems that women with the name "Alexandra" (or "Alessandra" in Italian) are the bane of my family. In both instances where a member of my family met and fell for a woman by that name, it always ended very badly for him, emotionally speaking.

I also have yet to meet another Pier Giorgio in person - though once I called my old thesis supervisor and, just by chance, a guy by that name was talking with her at that time.

Oh no. . . I guess that we can't be friends, Xar. It appears that I would be bad for you, since my name is Alexandra.

And don't know if it matters or not, but I don't like facial hair on men, but stubble is just fine.

IMO, Hyperception looks much better with facial hair than without, though my preference is the goatee and 'stach over the full beard and 'stach he's sporting now.

But...if he ever cuts his hair, which hangs past his shoulder blades, he's dead. D-E-A-D.

Here he is at Beorn's bar mitzvah.
*dreamy sigh*
...I'm so lucky...
