Speaking of Serenity, how about Nathan Fillion? He's got the right look, he's got the ability to play dark and snarly... it could work!

If anyone saw "The Proposition", you'd see the uber-scruffiness/scrawniness that makes Guy Pearce a great choice for TC (check out the pic I posted in the other TC casting topic)

I've always liked the idea of Christian Bale playing Covenant ..

he does gaunt and tortured brilliantly .. him or .. definately Guy Pearce

either of those two guys work for me

covenant cant be a pretty boy .. he has to be tortured and ordinary .. gaunt .. obsessive .. and suffering

Max Von Sydow an academy award winning swedish actor would have been perfect..too old now but hes a good choice for all timers.

OH>>BTW..this guy played ming the merciless in Flash gordon the movie. but dont judge him for that hehe. I dont know how to post photos so you have to follow the link

i'm with danlo .. he doesnt have the TC feel imo ..

sweet's ok for TC .. but the guy has gotta be able to be loveable and hateable in the same foul stroke .. krause does not have the anti-hero thing going

hahah my wife would love that..she has a picture taken with him when he was on General hospital or some other soap.

Hi guys. I am new to this site so bare with me as I get going.

JOHNNY DEPP was my no. 1....and he would probably be the one that would do it, TC is right up his 'talent alley'.
Jim Caveizel was my other no. 1 choice....good pick, nomad70.
Viggo...my no. 2.....LOVE HIM....yummy.
Christian Bale another excellent suggestion.
Val Kilmer?...hmmm...he is still Jim Morrison to me but...
Orlando Bloom?....a little young,
Nick Cage?....might be a decent choice.
Keeanu Reeves?....he's a melancholy boy.

Man I could do this all day.
Casting the Haruchai would be fun...all the obvious...Jet Li, etc. Directed by Jackie Chan?

Mhoram and other Lords...

Good Topic....But what about a CG movie or a Beowolf type film? Surely there would be some interested folks in that side of the movie biz....no?
