Sounds very yummy.Wyldewode wrote:Yum. . . my mom raises and cans her own tomatoes every year. I especially love her version of stewed tomatoes with celery, green peppers, garlic, and spices. There's just something about homegrown food.

This is as good a place to put this as any other:
Why would the unknown, in a totally-different-state friend of a woman who I barely know (just moved to the area and wanted to get to know people) poke me on facebook? Why would I even be interested in interacting with this unknown out of state friend of a new acquaintance?

Stop changing the subject, I want an answer to my question.
Maybe I should ask Esmer.

The candy is made by mixing its ingredients and heating them until they melt, then exposing the mixture to pressurized carbon dioxide gas (about 600 pounds per square inch) and allowing it to cool. The process causes tiny high pressure bubbles to be trapped inside the candy. When placed in the mouth, coming into contact with saliva, the candy breaks and melts, releasing the carbon dioxide from the tiny 60 atm bubbles, resulting in a popping and sizzling sound and leaving a slight tingling sensation. The bubbles in the candy pieces can be viewed when aided by a magnifying glass.
