no, I just mute the computer before I click on links....besides, I always wear my hair up, and in a class where there are only 8 other students, it doesn't do any good to sit in the back of the class...
although, in the other class where I usually surf the watch, I'm one of about 40, so I suppose I could use headphones in there....I'd just have to pull my hair down...
ouch, that sucks....I don't think my hair's ever been that long...it's just at my shoulders right now, at the back, and chin-length at the front....just long enough to put up...and then fall out and annoy me.
I have to say shutting your hair in the car door sounds unusual...

Disappointments
Disappointments like losing a game you hoped to win, getting a poor grade, or not being invited to a party can cause sadness. Sadness is a natural reaction to those things. How sad a person feels is usually related to how big or small the loss or disappointment is.

Ali has a good story about once seeing a woman get onto an overcrowded Metro car, and the doors closed on her ponytail, so it was sticking out the door...

And you just told it. (The doors on Metro cars in DC don't reopen if something's in the way, the way elevator doors do. That poor woman had to stand veeeery straight and tall 'til the next stop!)

Oh, it's not funny for that woman, but it made me laugh out loud.

When I had really long hair I had to put it up when I slept because when I didn't it would get trapped under me as I tossed and turned. Talk about pulling your own hair.
