Since the great battle against the pale, in which the Brotherhood was able to attain only a compromised victory... a soothing of sorts... we have been recouperating, but ever-watching for new threats.

However, our loss was great. The Illuimed is not what once it was. Perhaps--perhaps our time has been. It seems now that where once our influence ran deep throughout the bricks of the prime tower, we now are almost forgotten. The great brothers becomming little more than a sideshow.

The glory days of the brotherhood are no more.

Yet still we exist. We survive. And as long as our death is not complete, we have the potential to rise again.

Yes, perhaps an infusion of new blood is exactly what the brotherhood requires...

It has been rumoured that this Emotional Leper is the Dark Bird himself, reincarnated. We all remember how tricky the Dark Bird was; I for one do not doubt his ability to reincarnate himself. No, I fear we may be on the verge of repeating Kevin Landwaster's gravest error, prior to blowing up the Land.

Another thing is this Emotional Leper babbles incessently. If we are to look for someone who's powers will complement our own, then certainly we need to look for someone whose powers differ from ours....I feel like we have incessant babbling covered quite well, thank you.

Now, of course, if this Emotional Leper were to give us a show of his loyalty, like by carving our likenesses on Mount Treacher, or giving me enough WGD$ to buy a Fire Lion, thereby freeing my true self......

I see you are indeed fey and anile, O Emotionally Leperous one. Perhaps, seeing as how you've solved the riddle of ALT+255, you will be of use to us. Times are indeed perilous, as the Illuimed James has mentioned. After the banishment of the dark bird, we sensed one would follow to take his place, and while we've searched every square millimeter of Sea's lovely avatar, we've been unable to discern this future threat. Plans must be made, barriers fortified, towers rebuilt. Blades sharpened, bows strung, and all that. The Illuimed must be prepared!
