If rb doesn't want them, I'll take them, thefirst.

I guess I've probably had a reputation about worse things, so I'll take my chances :S

...yes, I'm a dreamer...

I strive.
I may never attain.

Menolly - yeah it looks like you have a little way to go, but once I get one or two items to start with I'll help you out if I can.

In order to achieve anything you first have to have a dream!

If I hadn't donated or gifted several items to others, I would be ~3500 WGDs closer. But, while my goal is the white gold, it is also fun to help others out along the way.

Yeah, I'm holding out for a hero....uhhh, big ticket item as well. I am not sure what I'll want if I ever get there, and I suspect Menolly will be first with the white gold and I don't really wanna compete, so I'll take whatever is still available strikes my fancy next, such as maybe the Arch of Time (although, knowing me, I'd probably break it). Or maybe I'll get fed up with the whole thing and go on a spending spree. Or donate to Menolly. But right now I'm just trying to ignore the thangs until I get closer. But if anybody cares to donate to my cause, it would cheer me up.

You guys know that those things cost 1,000,000, right? I think I figured out one day that if I earned 200 WGD per day, it would take me 37 years of posting like that to get something out of that store. 8O

With a flourish she comes in,
quelling questions of cuisine.
Whether quahog or quenelle,
or even querulous queries about quiche.
Without qualm, she quashes our quibbles, impervious to quarrel
as she continues the quixotic quest for her quarry:
White Gold, the prize she yet quaintly hopes to carry.

37 years, huh? Well, gives me something to strive for, right?

Okay, well, good to know. I'll probably blow them long before that, unless it gets moves to a more reasonable amount. In which case, I should still hang on to my toy money. And if anything, I can support Menolly in her insane quest.

This made me happy. Q is my favorite letter of the alphabet.

...and Q is one of my favorite characters on ST:TNG. :) Thanks, glad you like it.

The whole thing was inspired by the phrase "quixotic quest" that suddenly ran through my head. So I began adding other words, and next thing I knew, I was constructing a silly poem.

I (almost) have never seen Star Trek. (I think that's what ST:TNG refers to, yes?)
