I got my hammer! Blows the axe I found earlier today out of the water (so: yet another blue BoP item wasted!). Thanks a lot to Sorus for running me through the dungeons. I have loads of loot to get rid of. (One item (fairly simple engineering recipe) sold within a minute of putting it up, so I suspect I screwed up with the buyout price on that one. Should've gone much higher!)

Hmm. Do the Goblin cities have their own auction system, seperate from the normal one?

Yes, they are neutral and can be used by both factions.

A blue BoE cloak I found on a random skeleton in Duskwood today just sold for 12g. :)

In other news: There is a bloody enormous dragon in the centre of Duskwood. I was not expecting that.

I was in a raid party that tried to kill that bloody enormous dragon once. We got our butts kicked. Not a pretty sight, after four attempts the whole glade was about a foot deep in skeletons. 8O

Heh. There's an NPC Gnome in Stormwind Keep called Tyrion (He should be a dwarf!).

Yeah, I noticed that. The engineer from Firefly (blanking on her name) is also a gnome.

Paris Hilton - sorry, Haris Pilton, as a blood elf is, however, spot on. 8O

Q. Why do Communists drink herbal tea?
A. Because proper tea is theft.

Timkins has hit level 20, and he can now teleport himself to Stormwind, Ironforge, and The Exodar from anywhere in the world. Should make travelling a bit more convenient from now on. (Question: Why does Darnassus require level 30 to learn teleport?)
(I was kind of hoping I'd now be able to "Blink" across the canals in Stormwind, too, but it treats the edge of the canal as an obstacle, alas.)

He'd just get lost in the Exodar.

Quite a confusing place.

Neat! I've seen a lot of those, but there are a few I've gotta hunt down and take a look at this weekend.

I'm about halfway to having a Green Iron armour set, but I need plans for Green Iron Shoulders and Green Iron Gauntlets, which are a rare drop from mobs in the ~lvl25-35 area. If anyone is lucky enough to find one of these, please send it over!

Edit: Green Iron Shoulders plan popped up on the auction house--now I just need the gauntlets.

It's a mage skill--at level 20 you can teleport yourself, using a Rune of Teleportation (~9s each); at level 40 you learn how to Portal, which lets you take other people with you.
Engineers can make things that let them teleport to a couple of places as well, but it's more limited.

(On another note, the value of silver bars has plumetted recently. They've rarely been on the auction house for more than 1g each, this last week.)
