Busy, as usual. I have a bridal shower to go to Saturday, then right after that I head over to my friend's house for a Girl's Night Out Sleepover party! The first in 2 years!! Sunday I go car hunting, if my hangover isn't too bad.

Three performances of The Sound of Music, one morning birdwatching with two of my friends, writing two lesson plans, and doing lots of homework.

Going to visit my daughter and hear her sing in a concert. Should be fun!

*sigh* I miss choir. :D

My weekend was pretty damn good. Lots'a hanging with friends, good tunes, good kisses, good food, good bike rides.

Now to begin the Iron Man opening at the theater, and our first major summer season.

Kitty and MagickMaker may be home for the day on Sunday.

Other than that, I may take a hike tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous. And I need to start exploring the parks around my house anyhow.

Going down to visit some of my friends from uni this weekend. Most likely won't get to go online at all from saturday evening through to monday while I'm there. I believe we're planning to go see Iron Man either on Saturday or Sunday.

I really want to go to Eureka Springs and meet SRD, but I don't know if I can justify the price of gas to drive nearly two hours just to hear him speak, especially since I can't find anyone to go with me. :(

I may look for an apartment instead.

I joined a gym today, and I have a personal trainer. I have decided that I need to 'bulk up' (not too much) my upper body and arms. I start weight training on Tuesday, and it will three nights a week.

Been going out all weekend, and about to head off again for a drive someplace with two old friends.

A bit tired as one of my long-time friends is presenting with suicidal ideation. I've tried to get him out of his mindset, but he won't budge. I've referred him for further counselling, but I don't think he will go. I'm not going to take this on my shoulders if something does happen, but it will pain me greatly if it does.

I'd briefly thought of going to see SRD there, my best friend lived by Table Rock Lake when I was in high school; it would have been neat to go back to the area, but the cost to get there was a deterrent.

It sounds like you are feeling a lot better.
This pleases me. :)

We can only guide and advise, my friend. And you have done that.

I went out for a friend's birthday. I really wasn't up for going out, but I'd promised. If nothing else, I made some new friends, who can now be seen in the Album. :P

Yeah, I can understand that. I went anyway, and it only took about 3/4 tank of gas for the round trip. . . so only about $25 all together. It's cheaper than flying to the next Elohimfest that he attends. ;)

It's cool that your friend lived by the Lake. It's beautiful there. I drove past two different lakes on my way to see SRD today. We have a lot of lakes here. . . and caves. :D

It was a long weekend here so the b/f and I got the house to ourselves, spent time catching up on a pile of dvds, entertained friends, went shopping for a new computer screen (then spent ages getting it configured correctly) and now its time to rest for the next 2 days!

I canoed 13 miles of the James river (5 on Friday, 8 on Saturday) then went home to see Aliantha and my cats, and pick up job applications...and was late to work on Sunday...oh well!
