Really? I thought that was pretty ingenious forcing the government to decide whether or not to blow up a plane full of civilians.

They totally nailed it on Die Hard 2 though.....The whole damn move doesn't work if it doesn't snow.

That part, sure. But what about the nerve gas bomb that was hidden where nobody could have found it, and then when it was found, it was a dummy bomb, and they had to start disarming it all over again....also, they utiliozed a hidden terrorist with the handheld device to arm the 'real' bomb, just in case somebody impossibly disarmed the regular fuse thing. Did they honestly expect special forces to sneak on board at 35,000 feet and attempt to disarm the bomb? That's ridiculous!

The General bluffing in The Rock always annoyed me. Here's this take-no-prisoners character, a highly decorated officer, and he's bluffing? They wanted to make him tragic, but it didn't turn out that way.

Yet I mostly enjoyed the movie. And bought the DVD.

OK, that was ridiculous.

That was hilarious! I've got to add Cracked.com to my start up tabs. While number 1 was good, I actually liked number 5 the best. ("Godamnit, Payne, you told the bomb expert!") :lol:
