OH OH! Someone else is sensitive about nicknames. I hate being called Jenny. For some freaking annoying reason all the hispanic guys at all my parts suppliers seem to think that is my name. I am constantly correcting them. I say very clearly and slowly, "I go by Jenn or Jennifer please do not call me Jenny." Ugh.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

well, I don't know if you had them in your part of the country, but when I was little, there was a department store named Ames. I didn't want to go by that, cuz I didn't want to be known as a department store.
....then it went out of business. And I REALLY didn't want to be called Ames.

I think we should plan on having a very groggy, grumpy Saturday morning, and then somewhere about 2pm, everything will turn the other way and be fun and exciting again. That way Menolly can go visit with her friend, worship at the church of her choice, and us heathens can worship at the porcelin altar. Or something.

Seriously, Menolly, I don't think we are going to be planning anything for Saturday morning, at least in the time frame you will want us to. You might miss out on a bit of fun, but you have to make your own decisions. I suspect we'll all just wake up, and do whatever. I'm not much of a morning person, so for me it is better to not have plans in the morning when I can help it. But I suspect Sunday brekkie to be a bigger affair than the Saturday brekkie. Just a guess on my part, honestly.

As for the Kroker's/King Soopers, etc, I have two cards currently (one is a keychain and the other is a proper card) that I'd be more than happy to loan out as long as I get at least one of them back by the end of the visit. I'll definitely want to use one if we go to the grossy store at some point though.

Coolness.

Then I'll tell my friend we're definitely on for Saturday morning. Since she lives in Lakewood, she said she'll get me back to your place after services, cag. No need for me to drag danlo away from everyone again... ;)

It's very popular on the campus where I work... which amuses me greatly as I work for a company that has forbidden saying 'yeah'.

OKAY! I broke down and did it! I've made a spreadsheet. its not ready for prime-time yet, but its coming soon! I'm missing some information. If you want me to include it, feel free to pm me, or post here. One thing that hardly anyone's given is flight numbers. If you want to share that information(really helpful if someone is picking you up...) feel free to.
I am missing:
SF: departure time for sea and luci; departure day/time for CMJ; departure day/time for damelon; arrival time and departure day/time for Creator; departure day/time for CovJr; arrival time, departure day/time for Romeo(who I wish was coming to Denver too, btw.); departure day/time for jwaneeta; any info for Wadds(is she still coming?).
Denver: projected arrival time, departure day/time-ish for danlo; arrival day/time, departure day/time for CMJ; arrival day/time, departure day/time for CovJr; any info for damelon, if he's still coming(I can wait if you're not sure yet)?

I'm pretty sure ali has my flight numbers both arriving and departing, magickmaker. If not, let me know.

uh...couldn't we just sing this, thelma?

"let us be travelers, we’ll marry our fortunes together"
"i’ve got some real estate here in my bag"
So we bought a pack of cigarettes and mrs. wagner pies
And we walked off to look for america

"thelma," I said as we boarded a greyhound in pittsburgh
"michigan seems like a dream to me now"
It took me four days to hitchhike from saginaw
I’ve gone to look for america

Laughing on the bus
Playing games with the faces
She said the man in the gabardine suit was a spy
I said "be careful his bowtie is really a camera"

"toss me a cigarette, I think there’s one in my raincoat"
"we smoked the last one an hour ago"
So I looked at the scenery, she read her magazine
And the moon rose over an open field

"thelma, I’m lost," I said, though I knew she was sleeping
I’m empty and aching and I don’t know why
Counting the cars on the new jersey turnpike
They’ve all gone to look for america
All gone to look for america
All gone to look for america

You'll have to play this Willie Nelson classic:

On the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again
On the road again
Goin' places that I've never been
Seein' things that I may never see again,
And I can't wait to get on the road again.
On the road again
Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway
We're the best of friends
Insisting that the world be turnin' our way
And our way
Is on the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again

On the road again
Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway
We're the best of friends
Insisting that the world be turnin' our way
And our way
Is on the road again

Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again
And I can't wait to get on the road again
