Last Thursday, on the 12th, I posted the following when I hit 10K WGDs...

...apparently yes, although I have not figured out when it notifies and when it doesn't...

I know you are definitely notified if the sender adds a note in the box before sending. But I had several users donate to me and I was never notified.
